Each row is a villager buying an item for 1 emerald, so the fewer items it takes, the better the payout. Higher levels unlock after you trade with that villager enough. Tick each profession you have a villager for. To give a villager a job, place the block shown next to an unemployed villager and let it claim the block. Farming trades for unticked professions are grayed out everywhere, including the public page.
price = 2 + 3 × level
+ random(0 to 4 + 10 × level)
treasure books: price × 2
cap: 64 emeralds
Each librarian rolls its prices once, when the trade is generated. The book level is rolled first, from I up to the enchantment's maximum. Every trade also asks for one book on top of the emeralds.
Treasure books are Mending, Frost Walker, Curse of Binding and Curse of Vanishing.
The tiers are a rule of thumb based on how likely each roll is. At level V the 64 cap piles about 15% of rolls onto 64, so Rip-off there is that single price.
